保固條款
1.為提供消費者更完善的售後服務,本公司指定商品,提供保固。
2.保固範圍,針對物品非人為造成之結構性損壞,或非人為損壞,造成主要功能、機能失常等情形,待消費者將物品送回本公司,進行保固修繕。
3.物件須送至國外原廠送修物品,須等候不定期間,消費者須配合所需相關時程。
4.無法修繕之情形,本公司將提供新品更換服務。
5.人為使用造成之外表刮傷、脫漆等表面狀況,不在保固範圍之內。
6.若因代理權終止,該檢修商品已停產多年,或其他原生產廠商因素,而無法取得更換零件者,則本公司不負該商品維修之責任。
7.本公司不負責由於器材損壞,造成直接或間接招致財物或人體之任何損失。
8.超過本公司保固期間之商品,本公司仍將盡力提供售後服務,惟需視零件更換或工資,收取檢修費用。
9.每一份訂單,本公司均以電子化存查出貨記錄,送修時,保固時間界定,以本公司出貨記錄為準。
10.下列情形,本公司無法提供免費維修服務:

由於使用不當造成之故障或損傷。

由於火災、地震等天災地變、異常電壓、或化學物質侵蝕造成之故障或損傷。

由於不當運送,移動、掉落 ,造成之故障或損傷。

使用者自行維修、調整或改造,造成之故障或損傷。
-
在一般家庭以外場合使用,造成之故障或損傷。(EX.船舶或工商營業長時間使用)
-
在惡劣的環境條件下使用,所造成的故障或損傷。(EX.高溫、蠟封、不適用該商品之使用環境)
Warranty

10. The following circumstances, the Company is unable to provide free maintenance service:

In harsh environmental conditions, failure or damage caused. (EX. Temperature, the wax seal, is not applicable to this product's use of the environment)
